About Sri Trayee Vidya Gurukulam
A dedicated Gurukula for intensive Vedic and Shastra learning in the living tradition of our Acharyas.
Vision & purpose
The Gurukulam exists to preserve the continuous oral tradition of Vedic chanting and to train scholars who can teach both Veda and Shastra to future generations.
Students are shaped not only as memorisers of mantras, but also as thinkers rooted in the darshanas, living lives guided by dharma and seva.
Lineage & guidance
The Gurukulam functions under the blessings of revered Acharyas and follows the guidance and teaching methods handed down through parampara.
Senior Ghanapatis and pandits in Nyaya, Vyakarana, Mimamsa, and Dvaita Vedanta guide the academic journey of the vidyarthis.
Daily life in the Gurukula
- Early morning suprabhata and sandhyavandana
- Structured Veda and Shastra classes in small batches
- Group chanting, memorization, and revision sessions
- Seva activities and participation in homa / utsava
- Time for school-level subjects and language practice
The environment is deliberately simple and disciplined so that students can focus on shravana, manana, and nidhidhyasana of the texts they study.
Shared living, common prayers, and seva build a sense of family among vidyarthis and Acharyas.
